Shipping & Delivery Information

Dispatch & Tracking Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. All parcels are shipped directly from within the European Union via a premium Tracked Courier service. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will immediately send you the tracking number via email and SMS/Text message, along with a direct link to our Order Tracking page so you can follow your shipment in real-time.

Important: Order Confirmation & Address Accuracy We like to keep you updated at every step. Immediately after placing your order, our system will send you an automatic confirmation email. Please open this email and check your details carefully, particularly your delivery address.

Our logistics team processes orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because we cannot verify if an address is valid, the package will be shipped to the exact details entered on the order. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to intercept and correct the error, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been handed over to the courier.

Missed Deliveries & "Return to Sender"

Important: Please ensure your address is 100% correct (including Apartment/Unit numbers) and monitor your tracking link. If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the address was wrong, it will not be refunded or re-sent. Why? To ensure your safety, we never restock returned medication. Once a package leaves our facility and is returned, it is considered compromised and is destroyed to comply with health regulations. To receive your medication, you will need to place a new order. No. We ship all orders from within the European Union. This ensures your package avoids international customs clearance, meaning there will be no delays, seizures, or unexpected customs fees for customers within the EU.

Yes, absolutely. We use plain, neutral packaging (standard brown boxes or padded envelopes). The shipping label only displays your address and a generic sender name. There are no medical terms, logos, or references to the contents anywhere on the outside.

Please be careful. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected in time, the order is considered closed. Due to strict pharmaceutical safety standards, we cannot resell or reship returned products—they are destroyed immediately. Consequently, we do not offer refunds for missed deliveries.
